I think for intimate wear such as bras, underwear, tops, sweaters, shorts, pants, etc., 100% cotton ones are better. I switched to 100% cotton intimate wear recently when I got scabies after I wore a 100% polyester sweater.

The only problem I have is that it is hard to find 100% cotton bras. You may consider not wearing bras if you can not find 100% cotton bras and can afford not to wear bras. I have been doing that this summer. I feel very comfortable with that. When I did wear non cotton bras, I felt very uncomfortable.

I heard that bras made of synthetic fabric can cause breast cancer. I am not sure if it is true.
